Making a contract
with us
When you place an order with
us, you are making an offer
to buy goods.
In the unlikely event that
the goods are no longer available,
or that we have made a pricing
mistake, we will advise you
of this. We will give you
the option to purchase an
alternative or we will offer
a full refund. If the goods
are not available, we may
offer substitute goods. If
you decide not to accept the
substitute goods, we will
refund in full.
How to place order
You can place an order via
our secure payment system
on the website by clicking
on 'add to cart' for the items
that you wish to purchase.
In the next step you will
see a summary of the order
you have made with a confirmation
of the cost inclusive of UK
mainland postage. If all details
are correct proceed to our
secure paypal payment system
and you can pay with credit/debit
card or a paypal account.

you need more information,

where we can discuss your
order in more detail. Please
also contact us for shipping
costs to non UK mainland or
other destinations.
Delivery
All our prices include FREE
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY (excluding
Highlands and Islands). We
aim to despatch all orders
within 10 working days (usually
2-3 working days) however
please allow extra time at
busy periods such as just
before christmas or periods
of heavy snowfall. If the
goods are lost or damaged
in transit, please let us
know promptly.
Cancellation and
returns
This policy does not apply
to made to measure goods where
you have specified your own
measurements - these are exempt
from the right to cancel.
You can cancel your contract
at any time up to 7 working
days after the day of delivery.
To do this, please e-mail
us or write to us. You do
not have to give any reason
for cancellation. However,
a brief explanation will help
us to improve the service
we offer to customers in the
future.
If you cancel, you must return
the goods to us at your own
expense. You must ensure that
the goods are packaged adequately
to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the
goods, we will collect them,
and we will charge you the
direct cost of collection.
If you fail to take reasonable
care of the goods before they
are returned to us, and this
results in damage or deterioration,
we will charge you for the
reduction in value.
This cancellation policy
does not affect your legal
rights — for example,
if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Faulty goods
We have strict measures of
quality control, however if
there is a problem with the
goods, please contact us.
We will deal with the matter
in accordance with your legal
rights.
Changes to these terms
These terms were last changed
on 14/12/08.
These terms apply to your
order. We may change our terms
and conditions at any time,
so please do not assume that
the same terms will apply
to future orders.
